The event will start and finish at the Wey Valley School, Dorchester Road, Weymouth, DT3 5AN. The school is about 2.5 miles north of Weymouth on the old road to Dorchester.

The school is very accessible by public transport. Upwey station is less than 10 minutes walk away (it is possible to walk through the back way rather than going the long way round on the road), and buses from Weymouth and Dorchester stop outside the school

Facilities

Supporters are welcome but will have to find their own parking nearby and provide their own food and drinks. There are showers and changing rooms at the school. There will be a hall set aside for sleeping after the event.

You can look at a map of the school and grounds here ( warning large and complex file). The 100 will be using the areas 16 to 23 on the plan. The main entrance is through the hall (19 on the map), either the front entrance (photo below or left) for participants, or the side entrance (photo above or right) for supporters and helpers.

We have identified three areas of parking. The school does not have sufficient parking for all those who have requested it, so we will be using two areas off site. We intend to run transport to and from these off-site areas. You cannot reserve a particular parking space. We will tell you if you are parking off site so you don't have to go to the school first..

Opening times

There will be no provision to sleep in the school before the event, nor can you park at the school overnight before the event. Registration will open at 8am or earlier (tbd) on Saturday and will close when the final participants leave at 2pm. The HQ will be open to check in finishers from 12:30 on Sunday to 10:00 on Monday. We have to vacate the school by 2.00 p.m. We will obviously need time to clean the sleeping areas & associated shower/toilet areas before then. We should be able to let you rest until about noon.
