Lower Penderleath Farm Hostel provides self catering accommodation in four twin rooms and a family maisonette, five miles from penzance. An additional room with an alpine sleeping platform is planned for 2012.
All the rooms are private and lockable, three rooms have single beds and the forth has a bunk bed. The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen with all crockery and utensils provided. There is a dining room adjoining the kitchen and plenty of showers and toilets. Heating in the common areas is by oil filled radiators and drying racks are provided. The self contained family maisonette has a small equipped kitchen and private shower and toilet.
The water on site is natural mineral water which gained its status in 1989 and was sold as bottled mineral water. Now visitors can cook, drink and shower in it.
A picturesque footpath to the village of Cripples Ease is only a ten minutes walk and has a pub which serves meals. The village of Halsetown with its own pub is also reachable on foot.
