Excellent walking from hut with easy access to many of Snowdonia’s iconic rock climbing and mountaineering routes. 14 places in two first floor dorms (1 x 8, plus 1 x 6). Comfortable bunkbeds are provided with pillows and blankets. In special circumstances a maximum of 18 places maybe available by using a 2 bed first floor dorm, plus a ground floor bunkroom. Normally these extra 4 places are reserved for MMC members. Heated throughout; Dining room/snug, drying room with de-humidifier, boot/gear room. Well equipped kitchen: 2 ovens, 2 ceramic hobs, 2 fridges, plus microwave, large hot water urn & kettles. Two gender based washrooms, each with electric shower, wash basin and flush toilet. Full Fire Detection & Fire Equipment, Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting. New secure access to premises is via a double lock system. Off road parking alongside a single-track gated road with space for up to 9 vehicles (including minibus size), spread over three sites. Hut access is via a gated footpath (200metres). £8 pp/night. Deposit required. Minimum of 6 people for weekends. Smaller group mid-week bookings acceptable.
