Duddon Horseshoe

A hard mountain walk for experienced walkers which follows an undulating route around the Duddon Valley, visiting the summits of Harter Fell, Hard Knott, Little Stand, Cold Pike, Swirl How, Dow Crag, White Pike and Caw. It crosses both Hard Knott Pass and Wrynose Pass, two of the highest road passes in the Lakeland area.
