The Way follows the route thought to have been taken by the ancient Cornish and Welsh Saints across mid-Cornwall through valleys, woodland, moors and villages. From the north coast, it crosses St Breock Downs to reach Helman Tor Gate where there are options through either St Blazey or Milltown to the south coast.
