The walk uses footpaths, bridleways and quiet roads, passing through farmland, woodland and small villages of the inland area of South Pembrokeshire, taking in a 20-mile section of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path National Trail along spectacular cliffs. The Trail also links with the Landsker Borderlands Trail. The route is waymarked but the leaflet is not a full route description and has outline maps only.
