Ullswater Way - Lowther Loop

From Lowther Castle woodland and riverside paths lead to the tiny village of Helton. Moor Divock and Askham Fell provide much archaeological interest and at Ketley Gate a waymarked path leads to the main high-level route at The Cockpit. The Loop descends to the village of Askham and the return to the Castle.
