This book describes a mostly off-road walking route of about seventy miles along the entire coastline of Ceredigion.
The route runs between the towns of Cardigan and Aberystwyth via the resorts of Aberporth, Llangrannog, New Quay and Aberaeron, and then goes on up to Borth and Ynyslas. From there an attracetive route which is not part of the official coast path goes inland to end at the town of Machynlleth.
The full walk thus connects up with Owain Glyndwr's Way at the north east end and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at the south west end.
Along the route you will see two 13th century castles, two prehistoric forts, six medieval churches, several old lime-kilns and a fine collection of small and delightful old harbours. Three National Trust estates and a nature reserve also lie along the route.
