URGENT - MEMBERS WITH OUTLOOK.COM EMAIL ADDRESSES
It has come to our attention that the outlook.com email service appears to have started treating incoming bulk emails from @ldwa.org.uk as spam.
This means that if you have an “@outlook.com” email address, our incoming mails to you could be directed to your junk email folder rather than to your inbox.
An easy way to tell whether this is happening to you is to check whether you received the Chair’s update email, which was sent out overnight between Sunday 16 and Monday 17 June. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk or spam mailboxes and if it’s there, mark it as “not spam”. That should return the Chair’s email to your correct inbox and ensure that future emails from LDWA aren’t treated as spam.
We we are working with our IT supplier to try and implement a systemic solution but previous expernce with spam problems suggests they can be intractable and very time consuming to resolve.
Plase bear with us and in the meantime, remember to check your junk email boxes on a regular basis.
