Rhayader Mountain Trail being the following event in their calendar (apologies for keeping plugging our trail). If you look on the runfurther site, there is a link to some info about the trail, which I sent in. Jane took the picture of the damn when they were sorting the route couple of weeks ago - you have to admit it looks lovely. Specific entry forms will be going onto the site soon. These are NOT the same as the walkers entry forms.
By the way, the start isn't in Knighton - that was the webmasters mistake - so if you turn up there on the day, you will be about 30 miles out. Matt.
