I have found one called Leek Moors 14-400`s of 36 miles and 4500ft ascent commencing and finishing in Flash, (origin Staffordshire LDWA 1981). This includes Oliver Hill. Would this be the same walk?

That'll be the Staffordshire Gritstone Walk. 14 tops over 400 meters and 36 miles. I'll try to scan the leaflet for you
