You weren't joking really about the swimwear, were you? That must be one of the wettest and muddiest July events ever. Thanks to the organisers and helpers for a great day in the Wealden clay.

This event is held every three years, as part of the Kent Group High Weald Walks. Although organised by Kent Group, the venue, Forest Row, is - just - in East Sussex; there are 3 routes this year, 26, 20 and 15 miles, all within East Sussex but with the 26 mile route 'kissing' the Kent border (and almost straying into Surrey as well). Lovely scenery.

There is no kit check, but you may wish to bring swimming apparel (just kidding!).
