Distances: Numerous between 6 and 30

Note: 71 separate led stages each all being completed on the same day. The stages put end to end follow the Wales Coast Path and Offa's Dyke Path thereby completing a 1000 mile circumnavigation of Wales. Participants are being asked to gain sponsorship in aid of the Alzheimer's Society. Limited places per stage.
