Over the yeras I have ordered several hundred pounds worth of equipment. Today I ordered a Mountain Equipment Vulcan jacket. My payment was accepted and received an email saying it had been dispatched, with a tracking No. Several hours later I received an email that my order had been cancelled and monies refunded! No explanation given . How can a company like them end up doining something like this? I won't be using them again. Just a word of warning to anyone else who may be thinking of using them!
