David,
is the Annual Report available on this web site? I've had a quick look but can't see it.

I found it in the annual report:

"Administrative expenses (excluding finance costs) accounted for the main change in the year, increased by 56% to £105,321. The planned further increase of £7,876 in website spend and legal fees mainly in respect of updating the LDWA?s Articles of Association of £24,132 made up the majority. Other increases included Committee costs up £5,565, and insurance up by £1,609 as the public liability limit was increased from £5 million to £10 million."

£24k to update the LDWA's Articles of Association?? Somebody is having a laugh surely. Stick with this NEC and Chairman and the LDWA is doomed. I mean DOOMED Mr. Mainwaring! DOOMED!

Administrative expenses up from c£67k preceeding year to c£105k including c£24k in legal fees with result that the LDWA ran a deficit of £21,851 compared with a surplus of £10,561 the previous year.
What is that all about???
I hope that somebody asks the question at the AGM!
