Anyone looking for another 50 miler for a qualifier for the 100s, or even a good training session might be interested in this little gem. Run by the Discovery Centre Craven Arms Shropshire, last weekend, it is not to be taken lightly. However, it is a great event. The rolling hills (of which there are plenty) and views are fantastic with some interesting rocky outcrops and ridge tops. The event is marshalled, but also had a number of self clips and un-manned check points. There is 40K that runs along side the 80. Well worth checking out.
