Myself, a mate and my dog are gradually walking from Groats to Lands End, we only walk 1 week every year.We start where we finished.Although we have a rough idea of where next , any suggestions of do not miss this pub etc en route are gratefully received. Wehave got to Moffat and will head to Lockerbie, Gretna and the Lakes, good routes thru the lakes? We should get to windermere or Kendal at a push. We camp because of the difficulties with accomodation for my doggie. We use pet friendly websites too, very useful. If anyone is planning of going north and wants any info from us, let me know, we loved the cairngorms except for midgies.
