Just a reminder that we are operating 3 start times on the EBB 100 this year. 10.00am for walkers, 12.00 noon for joggers / fast walkers and 14.00 for runners. There is still time to alter your start time on SI entries. The first two sections are particularly fast with the majority of the route in the first 10 miles being on tarmac or surfaced track. Please check the opening times of the Checkpoints carefully, not just for the first 2 sections, before making your decision - Checkpoints will not, under any circumstances, open early. You can change the time easily by editing your entry on SI entries. Bear in mind that there is a section of around 1.75 miles along a canal very early in the first section. This could be busy with dog walkers and / or cyclists, so you might feel a smaller start would suit you better, rather than fighting for space with over 400 other entrants.
