We all walk in the country-side. Some of us are lucky enough to live there too. How many of us actually notice the living country-side, the birds, animals and flowers? I'd like to start a thread where we can share our sightings and maybe learn about what we have seen.
I walked the hills behind our house in Mid Wales yesterday,and as well as watching Curlew, Red Kite and Raven, I also put up a Snipe from some reeds. I actually found where it had been sitting, and wondered what the term for this place would be. It wasn't a nest,but more like a hare's form. Jane
