Yes Madeleine there's only so many variations on flyers, wanders, meanders, jaunts, jollies etc., isn't there? We need some different and inspired wordsmiths to formulate our walks!

Just confused myself over this one! I wouldn't do the original date, but can do the re-scheduled date. Picked up a flier for it at the event I did on Saturday, was going to merrily enter when I saw that the date was Feb 13th. Eeek! I've now looked on the website and realised I'd got Falcon Flier and Filey Flier confused! So sorry, I can't do the Falcon, but can (hopefully) do the Filey.

Recent reccis of the long and short routes, together with the advice of our farmer contacts shows drifting on the tops is adding to problems likely to be caused by treacherous lanes. The situation is so unpredictable that it is sensible not to go ahead this week.

The walk is rescheduled for March 20th. Those entrants who cannot make this date will be refunded.
