Coastliner Way - Saxton to Filey & Bridlington

N Yorkshire

39 km / 24 miles
The trail to Filey/Bridlington first duplicates the Scarborough route as far as Saxton. Then legs 21 to 23 cover an extra 24 miles continuing first across the dry valleys of the Yorkshire Wolds Way into Filey and then on to Bridlington. From Filey there is a fine walk along Filey Beach to Reighton and then an exhilarating cliff top path along the Headland Way to Bempton with its well-loved RSPB site. Coming inland, Bridlington's Priory Church is the final iconic destination before finishing the walk at the bus station.
