Dodge around Dengie

This path takes a tour around the Dengie peninsular which is bounded by the river Blackwater to the north, the river Crouch to the south and the North Sea to the east. Starting at Southminster it goes north to pick up St Peter's Way close to the village of Steeple. It passes Mayland and Mundon creeks on the river Blackwater before leaving St Peter's Way to head for Cold Norton and on to North Fambridge where the River Crouch is joined. It turns east along the river as far as Creeksea then makes its way through the hamlet of Ostend back to Southminster.
