Hospice in the Weald is a palliative care provider for the communities of West Kent and northern East Sussex. It is not part of the NHS but is a local charity rooted in the community it serves and offers varied but integrated services for people with a terminal illness, their families and carers.

It includes good quality outline mapping although taking the listed OS Explorer mapps may be helpful.
