A circuit across open moorland and along riverside and farmland paths, linking three reservoirs of the old Bolton Water Authority with three reservoirs of the former Irwell Valley Water Board (now all controlled by North West Water). Originally developed by Derek Magnall but now looked after by East Lancs LDWA.
