Teesdale Challenge Walk - Coldberry and High Force

Durham

29 km / 18 miles
An anytime challenge walk from Middleton-in-Teesdale. The route passes the impressive Parker's Kilns and several abandoned mine workings on the way to Coldberry and Forest-in-Teesdale where the Pennine Way is joined for the return leg along the river Tees, passing High Force and Low Force, back to Middleton-in-Teesdale.

The walk is one of four in the 'Gold' Challenge series promoted by the Upper Teesdale Tourism Network. A detailed route description is provided on the website below. After completing two walks a certificate can be claimed.
