This Quality Section of the Ulster Way goes through the heart of the Sperrin Mountains, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the largest area of upland in Northern Ireland. The route mainly follows quiet roads and tracks. The highlight is the middle portion through the scenic Glenelly Valley which is followed by the ascent to the summit of Crockbrack (526m). The route descends the slopes of Crockmore to reach the road leading to the village of Moneyneany.
